Job Summary The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will coordinate multiple Agile teams to deliver software products and features as a unified release train. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, managing project risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The RTE will coach teams in SAFe and Agile practices, support the rollout of SAFe across the organization, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in program management or RTE roles, a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, and excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
