Key Responsibilities
- Develop and establish processes and methodologies to proactively define serviceability, reliability and maintainability of products.
- Educate stakeholders and act as an ambassador for serviceability, reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Parts & Service Division and Capital Divisions to secure serviceability, reliability, and maintainability on all products.
- Participate in cross‑functional design reviews.
- Secure and follow up targets for total cost of ownership on all products, starting with NPD projects.
- Perform data analytics, establish a data model and standardized reports based on field information, taking into account environmental parameters influencing component life.
- Utilize industry standards for reliability, predictability, MTBF, MTTR, etc., where applicable.
