Experience with test plan development.Advanced experience on mechanical and electronics.Collaborate with teams in the U.S and Asia for technical benchmarketing and resolving questions.Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusion.Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established timelines and processes.
