Job Description
Every day, our team provides support and accommodation for adults experiencing mental health issues. We work closely with individuals to plan, shape, and deliver the support they need, which may include participating in activities in the wider community or within the service on either a group or one-to-one basis. Our support involves practical assistance such as teaching individuals how to manage their laundry and care for their clothing or helping them select a balanced and nutritious diet. While the work can be challenging, being part of our support team means you will make a meaningful difference in their lives. No direct experience is required for this role. What’s important is a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others in a practical way. Experience in supporting people in their own homes is advantageous, and while a qualification in Social Care is ideal, it is not essential.
