Relief Sushi Chef – London – 2‑week temporary assignment starting 16th June.

Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant’s kitchen staff on a temporary basis to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform a range of kitchen or cooking duties and may be assigned to a particular section.
• Cover roles from Chef de Partie up to Head Chef as required.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and comply with health and safety rules at all times.
• Remain calm under pressure and conduct yourself professionally at all times.
