Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in German and English through phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Address and resolve customer issues , such as troubleshooting, account management, and general inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in product navigation and handle requests such as order changes, cancellations, refunds, and other concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve service quality and processes.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach by delivering timely and accurate responses to all queries.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German speaker with English proficiency (B2) .
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
