Remote Assistant Controller

As the Assistant Controller, you will be a key member of the Accounting and Finance te am, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations, optimizing processes, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements following GAAP standards.
• Manage month-end close procedures, including review of reconciliations and their supporting schedules from junior team members, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet accruals, payroll & cash management.
• Conduct financial statement flux analysis, including trend analysis and variance analysis.
