Project Manager / Systems Analyst (ATS Implementation – Lever)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (U.S.-Based Preferred). Overlap with MST or EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the Lever ATS implementation, from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Build and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Lever’s implementation team and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business, recruiting, and HR workflows into system requirements and configurations.
• Lead discovery sessions with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and leadership.
• Configure requisition and approval workflows, interview stages, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage user roles, permissions, access controls, offer workflows, and downstream handoffs.
• Lead candidate, requisition, and user data migration efforts.
