Remote Billing/Payroll Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Billing & Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of employee payroll processing, client billing, invoicing, collections, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, maintain billing accuracy, support compliance requirements, and collaborate with internal departments to improve financial processes.

Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

Manage all client billing processes within WellSky

Generate, review, and submit Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance invoices

Send care logs, timesheets, and supporting documentation to LTC companies
