Porch.com, Inc. is seeking a remote Booking Specialist based in Colombia to assist homeowners with their handyman projects. You will engage with customers following web leads and help book appointments to provide outstanding service.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, along with excellent English communication skills and familiarity with handyman services. A quiet workspace and reliable internet are necessary for this position.
The salary ranges from COP 2,300,000.00 to COP 2,400,000.00 per month, with additional performance-based incentives offered.
