A leading change management firm is looking for experienced Change Advisors to support upcoming client engagements. This remote role is ideal for independent contractors across various experience levels, from entry to principal. Responsibilities include applying change management methodologies, facilitating client sessions, and influencing leadership conversations. Ideal candidates will have a Prosci certification and experience in AI or ERP projects. Compensation is projected at $100-160 CAD per hour, varying by experience and scope.
