Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its LATAM team with a focus on retail customers. The role is remote, ideal for candidates based in Colombia or Mexico, but strong profiles from other LATAM countries will be considered.
You will manage customer portfolios, lead onboarding, and ensure successful engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in Spanish and English are required.
