Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Moving Sales Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for our prospective clients. In this role, you will handle warm inbound leads, conduct virtual walk-throughs, build accurate moving quotes, and guide customers through the booking process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective customers planning a move.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analyses and inventory assessments (often using video call software) to determine the volume, weight, and specific requirements of each move.
- Accurate Quoting: Utilize our internal moving software to build, present, and explain detailed estimates and moving plans to customers.
