We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in real estate appraisal, property valuation, appraisal report review, comparable property analysis, market data interpretation, instruction-based task design, and structured evaluation.
This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on AI-assisted review of property valuation documents, appraisal materials, real estate records, tables, maps, forms, and related visual materials. Selected professionals will create complex evaluation tasks using real estate appraisal-style documents, define clear expected answers, and develop objective rubrics for assessing response accuracy, instruction alignment, and domain understanding.
