This role focuses on auditing evaluations, delivering structured coaching, and maintaining high compliance standards. Candidates must have bilingual fluency and at least 2 years in quality assurance, or 4 years as a VRI/OPI interpreter. Experience with AI QA tools and strong analytical skills are preferred. This position is remote but aligned with PST working hours.
