Remote Senior Recruiter - Non-Tech Roles

Framework Ventures is looking for a dedicated Senior Recruiter (Non-Tech) to join their People and Culture team in Corrientes, Argentina. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for non-technical positions across various departments, including Operations and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, strong organizational skills, and a comfort with working autonomously in a remote setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
