We are recruiting two Remote Service Engineers to support our next products, including Emergency Medical Record (ICCA), IntelliSpace Perinatal, Intellibridge Enterprise, and IntelliSpace ECG.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer calls and provide technical resolution to application problems, including scripting and queries.
• Escalate to 2nd/3rd line when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, prioritization, and product training.
• Provide quality documentation and reporting, sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Technical background providing application/software support, preferably in healthcare.
