Pearl is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the operational backbone of a rapidly growing DTC Shopify business. This fully remote role involves managing global logistics, inventory forecasting, and supplier relationships across multiple international markets.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, a strong grasp of global 3PL providers, and exceptional organizational skills to excel in this dynamic startup environment.
Candidate must thrive in ambiguity, possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, and be detail-oriented.
