Link-Worldwide is seeking a remote technical support professional in Xalapa-Enríquez, Mexico.
You will assist residents with smart home devices over calls and emails.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, logging interactions in CRM, and maintaining product knowledge.The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, strong English communication skills, and an interest in technology.
Pay is $5.50 USD per hour with paid training.
