Remote Title Examiner - Real Estate Compliance & Reports

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Title Examiner to join our team based in the Philippines. This role involves reviewing and analyzing property titles to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. You will prepare detailed reports and work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve any title-related issues.

This position requires strong attention to detail, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work U.S. business hours. Candidates with knowledge of Fair Housing and mortgage servicing will have an advantage.
