Remote Wholesale Operations Lead: Shipments & 3PL

Trafilea is looking for an operations manager to lead the daily wholesale operations and maintain relationships with 3PL partners. This role requires a candidate with exceptional precision, process discipline, and collaboration skills to ensure that retail orders are shipped accurately and on time.

In this fully remote position, the selected candidate will also track shipments, address delivery issues rapidly, and manage performance reports. The role includes processing inventory transformations and works closely with various teams across the organization.
