Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle new hire onboarding: prepare contracts, conduct orientation, and collect required documents.

· Maintain accurate employee records (personal info, contracts, leave, attendance) in HRIS.

· Support employee relations by addressing routine inquiries and escalating complex issues.

· Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
