DomainTools is looking for an experienced Renewal Manager in Singapore to drive customer engagement and retention for our data services. The ideal candidate will maintain relationships with clients, manage accounts from onboarding to renewals, and collaborate closely with sales teams. We seek a passionate individual with at least three years of experience in account management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry. Strong consultative selling and analytical skills are essential, along with familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight.
