**Job Title: Renovation Technician (Handyman)**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on renovating vacant apartments as part of a two-person team, performing a variety of basic construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall tasks to prepare units for new residents.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work in a team of two to complete renovations of vacant apartments efficiently and safely.
+ Perform basic plumbing tasks, including removing and installing faucets and shower heads.
+ Carry out basic electrical work, such as installing ceiling fans and related fixtures.
+ Complete basic carpentry tasks, including installing baseboards and door casings with a clean, finished appearance.
+ Patch holes in drywall and, when needed, remove and replace sections of drywall.
+ Use hand and power tools such as sawzalls, cordless drills or impacts, and finish nail guns to complete renovation tasks.
