Job Description
Trouble-shooting, repair and maintain faulty endoscopy equipment;
Training the distributors on product installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Handle the customer complaints or warranty service;
Maintain the spare parts inventory;
Other job assignment from Service director or manager;
Qualifications:
Excellent hands-on ability;
Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication skills;
Endoscope industry background is preferred. Be familiar with the fault diagnosis and maintenance of endoscope, and understand the product knowledge of endoscope and peripheral equipment;
