JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Repair Laboratory & Quality Control Assistant Manager . 

This role is essential to ensuring the smooth handling and quality assurance of pre-sale items across our retail and repair operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Manage the receipt and dispatch of pre-sale items between warehouse and retail locations

Assess repairability and quality of pre-sale items to determine next steps

Coordinate with external repair partners regarding item status and service timelines
