What you’ll do
As a Repairs Delivery Planner, you’ll play a key role in coordinating repair and maintenance activities across our homes, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll support the delivery of our responsive repairs service by managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and providing vital administrative and analytical support. This is a fast-paced role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will help us deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
How you’ll do it
Schedule and coordinate inspections and repairs, working closely with Inspectors and contractors.
Provide timely business information on repair spend and performance to managers.
Assist with budget monitoring and cost control, ensuring value for money.
