Reporting Coordinator

Our Wealth Management team is looking for a Reporting Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist the Financial Planning team with administrative needs.
  • Coordinate the financial planning process and gather required information.
  • Coordinate the consolidated reporting process and gather required information.
  • Process client data and complete data entry in consolidated reports.
  • Ensure consolidated reports are prepared and scheduled.
  • Ensure client data integrity and system updates.
  • Perform other Financial Planning tasks such as meeting preparation, RRSP, RESP and TFSA account tracking, research assignments, prepare report packages, and other duties as assigned.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc duties and projects as required.
