Reporting Coordinator
Our Wealth Management team is looking for a Reporting Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Assist the Financial Planning team with administrative needs.
- Coordinate the financial planning process and gather required information.
- Coordinate the consolidated reporting process and gather required information.
- Process client data and complete data entry in consolidated reports.
- Ensure consolidated reports are prepared and scheduled.
- Ensure client data integrity and system updates.
- Perform other Financial Planning tasks such as meeting preparation, RRSP, RESP and TFSA account tracking, research assignments, prepare report packages, and other duties as assigned.
