The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for end-to-end coordination between customers, vendors, and OEMs, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, timely billing, and high customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for **customers, vendors, and OEMs** for day-to-day operational coordination
+ Handle Global **customer accounts** , ensuring consistent service delivery and communication
+ Respond to **customer queries** related to orders, pricing, delivery timelines, and invoices
