Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Provide information about the companys air conditioning and cleaning services. Assist customers with service requests and ensure their concerns are addressed professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Support sales and marketing activities and help generate new business opportunities. Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Contribute to promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
