Job Description Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial and management reports to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial commitments; perform variance analysis and provide recommendations
- Lead month-end/year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and audit coordination (internal & external)
- Develop and enhance financial policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks in line with regulations
- Prepare financial memoranda, analytical reports, and management insights
- Support financial planning, risk management, and continuous improvement of financial operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred
