Lead and execute the month-end close process across UAE entities with precision and timeliness. Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements and disclosures. Conduct group-wide financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Manage the end-to-end external audit process, including coordination, documentation, and resolution of audit findings. Oversee treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation. Provide high-level financial reporting and insights to the CFO and senior leadership. Ensure compliance with UAE and international accounting regulations and internal controls. Requirements 8 to 12 years in finance. Big 4 background strongly preferred. IFRS essential.
