Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual) Manage working capital to maximize ROCE Support management in operational and strategic control Assist in organizational growth planning and execution Collaborate with MD/CEO on strategic vision and stakeholder relations Ensure strong internal controls and audit compliance Requirements Requirements: Minimum 10+ years experience in Financial Control / Managerial role Strong expertise in: Financial Reporting & Analysis Bank Facilities & Hedging Transactions ERP Systems Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Qualification: MBA / B.Com / Finance / Accounting
