KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*1. TA Strategy & Leadership*
* Designing and executing the macro talent acquisition strategy tightly aligned with corporate business objectives, including annual manpower planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budgeting.

* Building, mentoring, and guiding a high-performing team of recruiters across multiple tiers of hiring.

* Establishing, monitoring, and scaling core TA metrics, including time-to-hire, source mix, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and diversity targets.

* Deploying robust data models to drive data-led hiring decisions across all corporate functions.
