Job Description
- Design, deploy, and maintain media processing and delivery systems including ingest, transcoding, packaging, and CDN integration.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability of media infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement proactive measures to prevent outages.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to support live broadcast and streaming workflows.
- Optimize media workflows for latency, bandwidth efficiency, and quality of service (QoS).
- Implement and manage automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for media system deployments.
- Stay current with emerging media technologies, including MPEG-DASH, HLS, CMAF, and cloud-native streaming platforms.
