Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Saudi Aramco projects from project kick-off to final handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate daily activities between clients, engineering teams, site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and take proactive measures to address challenges and maintain progress.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Armco standards, company procedures, and HSE regulations.
- Review project specifications, drawings, contracts, and technical documentation.
