Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with bank partners in the Banca channel. Generate life insurance sales through bank customer referrals. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products. Conduct customer meetings and sales presentations. Provide after-sales service and policy support. Maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Requirements Requirements Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in BFSI, NBFC, or Insurance. Strong sales and relationship management skills. English and Kannada language proficiency mandatory. Age up to 38 years. Ability to meet sales targets and work with bank partners. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
