- Supervising daily welding, fabrication, and installation activities
- Leading and supporting welders, fabricators, and site crews
- Planning manpower and organizing daily work schedules
- Making sure all work follows approved drawings and project specifications
- Monitoring welding quality and overall work progress
- Coordinating with engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and project teams
- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing issues quickly
- Ensuring all team members follow health and safety procedures
- Conducting toolbox talks and promoting safe working practices
