Key Responsibilities

Manage Day-to-Day Accounting Activities

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all accounting transactions are properly recorded and monitored.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recording daily financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Ensuring all financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
