KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Payroll Processing & Validation: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately within defined timelines, validating critical inputs including attendance, leave records, reimbursements, incentives, and bonuses.

* Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS, while seamlessly managing Full & Final (F&F) settlements and exit documentation.

* Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform rigorous payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies proactively, and generate data-driven payroll reports, dashboards, and MIS using advanced Excel functions.

* Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with HR and Finance teams for payroll accounting and salary payouts, resolve employee queries efficiently, and actively support payroll audits.
