 What to expect:
 
  Development and implementation of requirements  and change management for  battery management systems (BMS) 
 Definition of functional architecture
  Creation of functional descriptions and interfaces  for electric powertrain systems/components
  Concept development for specifications  at the system/subsystem level (including powertrain/battery/motor)
  Development, evaluation, and mapping of model-based (vehicle platform)  requirements
 Modeling and  simulation of electric powertrain systems 
 Organization of coordination meetings
  Tracking requirements and change requests 
 Implementation of an agile work structure, e.g., Scrum
  Evaluation & analysis of use cases  at the system/vehicle level
  Ensuring compliance with system requirements, components, and test coverage
