Supports hiring efforts by proactively sourcing, identifying, and screening candidates through market mapping and data-driven research.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage hiring platform and sourcing tools, job boards, and social media to identify both active and passive candidates.
  • Market Research: Map talent landscapes, identify competitor organizations, and generate insights on talent availability.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct initial interviews and assess resumes against job requirements.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
  • Coordination: Support interview scheduling and serve as a key point of contact for candidates.
