NTU, CEE is a leading school for Sustainable Built Environment. We are looking for a Research Associate to support the development of hybrid vision-vibration digital twin for steel structures. The role will focus on simulation, lab testing, and developing smart connectors for modular floating breakwaters.
Key Responsibilities- Develop modelling techniques for hybrid digital twins.
- Fabricate steel building models with corrosion.
- Develop AI and model updating techniques to calibrate the model.
- Publish several papers in top journals.
- Write proposals for further development.
- Mentor students.
- MSc degree in civil engineering or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in structural analysis and machine learning.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
