Responsibilities
- Assist in formulation and new product development by carrying out lab trials and evaluating product performance.
- Participate in production trials and process validation of personal care and cosmetic products.
- Liaise with suppliers for raw materials sourcing for new projects or improve the current formulation.
- Keep updated with current cosmetic and skincare trends, consumer insights, and competitive product strategies.
- Ensure product development compliance with ISO 22716, Halal, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD), and statutory and company requirements.
- Conduct product stability, packaging compatibility, efficacy testing, and accurate trending of results.
- Manage and maintain all documents and records to ensure the laboratory is in a state of readiness for testing support.
