Job Description
Requirements Master’s degree in biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Plant Physiology, Chemistry, Agronomy, or related field Minimum 10 years’ experience within the agriculture industry At least 5 years’ experience managing or leading teams Strong experience in fertilizer product development and research Experience with laboratory, greenhouse, and field trials Strong project management, analytical, and reporting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Knowledge of product registration processes and SOP development advantageous Afrikaans and English proficiency beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
