  • Lead R&D for cakes and cookies including new product development and innovation
  • Develop and optimize bakery formulations for taste, texture, shelf life, and cost
  • Conduct lab trials, pilot trials, and commercial scale-up
  • Work closely with Production and QA during plant trials and troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards
  • Maintain documentation for formulations, SOPs, and trials
  • Lead and mentor bakery R&D team
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Procurement, and suppliers for product launches
  • Develop and improve cake and cookie formulations aligned with market trends.
  • Conduct R&D trials to optimize quality, shelf life, and cost.
  • Scale up lab recipes to commercial production and support plant trials.
