- Develop and optimize CMP process for silicon photonics, flat optics, advanced packaging, MEMS, and wide bandgap semiconductor applications.
- Collaborate with process integration teams to drive CMP process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for both industrial and grant-funded projects.
- Own innovation strategy for CMP raw materials, slurry, methodologies, and approaches to enhance CMP uniformity, stability and defect performance.
- Provide technical support to fab teams in implementing and sustaining statistical process control (SPC) for CMP modules, ensuring consistent process performance.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external customers, effectively communicating project progress and technical insights.
