Job Summary

The Voice of the Customer (VOC) Analytics division of Concentrix is expanding and is looking for talented, analytical individuals with a strong client orientation. We are a vibrant team and we welcome candidates who will help us drive growth for our clients and the VOC business.


Survey Design and Project Management

* Develops survey instruments, leveraging established materials and custom enhancements

* Performs quality control functions, ensuring minimal/no errors

* Effectively manages projects through all phases, including initial launch

* Collaborates effectively with project team members across functions


Client Servicing

* Monitors and communicates status (quality, timing, budget) of survey research programs to clients and internal stakeholders through all phases
