About The Team
SSRN is Elsevier’s preprint server, working alongside more than 1,200 Elsevier journals to offer authors the option to preprint their research.
The platform is experiencing rapid growth, particularly in de novo submissions. With this growth comes increasing challenges around research integrity, including AI‑generated content, fake submissions, predatory practices, and papermill activity. The team is focused on maintaining high‑quality standards, safeguarding the integrity of scholarly content, and supporting responsible growth across disciplines.
About The Role
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of research integrity at SSRN during a period of strong growth. You’ll play a key role in identifying and tackling challenges such as low‑quality, fake, or AI‑generated submissions, while helping improve processes and policies.
